I had a great stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the main shopping area, which made it convenient to explore the city. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to answer my questions. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy sitting area. I particularly appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and on-site car parking, making it convenient for all my needs.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Strand! the location was ideal for us as we were attending the National Netball Tournament, with the courts just a short walk away and the main CBD a quick drive. the studio apartment was new, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. the owners were easily accessible through the video telephone iPad at the reception building, which was really cool. We were impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and the prompt resolution of any issues, such as the Sky/TV problem.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, within walking distance of the town center and near various restaurants. the room was clean and had daily housekeeping service. I particularly enjoyed the dispensers with shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The hotel's check-in process was impersonal and inconvenient. There was no front desk and I had to talk to a person through a video phone located at another spot.

Clean room with modern, well-equipped bathroom. Comfortable lounge chairs and seating area outside. Helpful owners allowed late check-in and keys left in room. Suite upgrade provided ample space. Shielded from traffic noise by high brick wall.
