The front of house staff were also helpful and friendly, providing a pleasant experience. the hotel is close to reception, ensuring easy access to assistance.

The elevator only goes up to the first floor, so guests staying on the second floor had to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs.

The hotel is conveniently located near Western Springs event and within walking distance to nearby pubs and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with super comfy beds and charming decor. The staff at the reception desk are efficient and friendly, providing outstanding service. The restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty and generously sized meals. the hotel provides a great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

Some parts of the hotel, particularly the dated facilities, could use some updating.

The beds were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were also tidy and clean, which is always a plus. Additionally, the hotel had a great location, making it convenient to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The duvet in the room was a bit thin, and it would have been nice to have a microwave available.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with small area, local cafes, and the Auckland zoo just a short distance away. We were able to explore the city easily, thanks to the convenient bus ride and available parking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. This place truly knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

One specific situation that happened during our stay was the issue with the tap in the bathroom. Unfortunately, it was broken and we had to use the toilet sink for our cup of teas.

Great view of Sky Tower from the car park. Amazing housekeeping and restaurant staff, lovely food. Easy check-in and check-out process. Convenient location for our needs. Onsite parking for guests' cars. Family-friendly. Good-sized room.
