We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including hot items such as eggs, bacon, and sausage. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and a large parking lot for our convenience.

The hotel is currently under renovations, so it was nice to see that they are working on improving the property. the hotel is conveniently located near my customer, which made it easy for me to get to my meetings. Additionally, the room had a nice outlet next to the bed for charging my electronics, which was convenient.

Due to the renovations, several amenities were closed, including the pool, hot tub. This was disappointing as I was looking forward to using these facilities during my stay.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Harrisonville for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and the convenient location near the highway but away from the noise. The room appeared to have been renovated and had plenty of towels. The manager even returned my wallet to me a few days later.

There were a couple of downsides. the elevator button on the first floor was broken, which was inconvenient.
