During my stay over Christmas, I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room I had. It was decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to key attractions and areas of interest. Another advantage was the delicious food offered at the on-site restaurant, allowing me to enjoy a tasty meal without having to venture far.

The unreliable Wi-Fi connection. Despite being told there was full access available, I found that I could only access it by going to a specific area in the main building.

Had a fantastic stay at the lovely Theatre Royal. Our beautifully restored room was comfortable and modern, providing all the necessary facilities for a great overnight stop. We were greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival and enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel for its fabulous atmosphere and delicious food. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family traveling in the area.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel here in the West Coast. The location was perfect, nestled in a pretty garden on the outskirts of the village. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a delicious meal. The whole place was very well-maintained and had a warm and inviting atmosphere.

had a fantastic summer holiday in kumara! stayed at burridges cottage and it was so spacious and comfortable. staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. loved the historical feel mixed with modern amenities. highly recommend for west coast cycle trail!

Kitchen area in the suite could use better design.

Spacious miners cabins, friendly pub with enjoyable dinner, good laundry facilities, lots of bike storage. Victorian and spacious room decor, helpful staff, limited drying facilities but assistance provided. Lounge and dining room with beautiful antiques in old bank building, renovated hotel over the road for dining and drinks. Limited menu but restaurant in downstairs bar, good sized shower. Friendly and small township, great place to stop.

The building had a lot of character and antique charm, which was perfect for our romantic getaway. Our room was decorated with antiques and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was excellent, allowing us to explore a variety of nearby outdoor activities.

There was an unpleasant odor in the dining room that detracted from our dining experience. the cost for the room was quite high, considering the size and amenities provided.

The cottage we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a fireplace and a garage for our bikes. The staff, especially the girl with the red hair, were friendly and welcoming, making sure our kids were entertained. The hotel was beautifully kept, with interesting information about the history of the place. The breakfast had a good choice of food and the parking was free. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the village provided easy access to the beautiful nature of the west coast.
