We had an excellent stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds and a modern TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was just on the outskirts of town and close to everything we needed, whether it was for a trip to Hawke's Bay or East Cape, or to the airfield. The amenities provided were top-notch, including housekeeping, laundry facilities, and ironing equipment. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and a refreshing swimming pool for us to relax in. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

The king suite was newly furnished with a basic kitchen. The staff were exceptional. The manager was accommodating when we arrived late. The room exceeded expectations with a comfortable bed and amazing shower. The location felt rural and the view from the kitchen sink was great.

The motel had a decent pool and kitchenette facilities were above average, including a full sized oven which allowed me to cook my own meals. , the location was convenient as it was close to the main road, and I did not hear any noise from the traffic.

They charged me an unreasonable cleaning fee which left me feeling ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets.

We loved our stay at this motel just on the outskirts of town. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we needed, including the lake where we were paddling and Backpaddocks lakes. The room was well equipped and very clean, with a great shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the extra bonus of having a swimming pool right by our unit.

Some other guests were noisy at night and in the early hours of the morning.

We had an amazing stay at a motel in the Hawkes Bay area. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even accommodating our late arrival. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to make our own meals. Despite the slight inconvenience of being located outside Hastings, the value for money was still good. I highly recommend this motel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
