Our stay at Tuscany Villas was excellent. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and the location was very central. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the convenience of being close to the CBD and walking tracks. Highly recommended. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The location of the hotel is great, close to shops and within walking distance of CBD and restaurants. The room was clean and the bathroom had a wonderful spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting guests in finding the best spots to see sea elephants during their stay.

Some guests experienced issues with the WiFi connectivity in Suite 1, making it unusable.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was everything we could have hoped for! The friendliest hosts ever made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy a short walk to the harbor and ocean while still being close to town. The villa was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the lovely spa bath and king size bed upgrade. The free on-site carparking was also a plus.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did notice some small flaws. Some of the signage seemed a bit passive aggressive, which was odd.

We got great value for our money with clean and spacious rooms, good heating, and a friendly hotel cat. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center and the waterfront. The staff, including Mel, Queenie the bull dog, and the gang, were incredibly welcoming, helpful. We felt at home and would gladly stay here again.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is to expand the breakfast selection.
