We stayed in a lovely room near the visitors center, with a beautiful view of the river. The room was stylishly decorated and immaculately clean, with a towel heater in the bathroom. The hostess was friendly and provided a generous assortment of breakfast foods, including a bottle of champagne. We especially enjoyed the sliding glass doors that opened onto a deck, where we could sit and enjoy the view. The location was convenient, being right next to the two rivers and within walking distance to the Big Carrot park.

The room was a bit small and lacked wardrobe space for longer stays.

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend stay at Two Rivers Ohakune. The lovely garden and soothing sound of the rivers created a serene atmosphere. After participating in the Ruapehu Trails festival, the spa was a huge bonus for us. Chris, the host, was friendly and made sure we were well settled in.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel by the riverside. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the national park with fantastic views of the mountains. We loved being able to relax and unwind by the small river just outside the property. Plus, it was just a short walk away from the charming little town, where we found plenty of dining options.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. The location, service, and amenities provided exceeded our expectations.

Our Christmas stay was fantastic! the accommodation was set amidst a lovely green scenery which gave us privacy. We had access to gorgeous river views from our room. the outdoor hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day of skiing. Our room was equipped with modern fixtures, a Nespresso machine and delicious breakfast cereals. the location of the accommodation was also ideal- just a short walk to town and close to the mountains.

The room was slightly cramped as there was not much space for our luggage. We suggest you pack light.
