The rooms were spacious with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom. The presence of an air conditioner, bench sink, and microwave added convenience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient for dining options.

One minor inconvenience was the 2% surcharge for credit card payments, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the restricted entrance hours between 7 am and 7 pm were not ideal, as it limited access during certain hours.

We had a very fast check-in and check-out, with friendly and efficient staff. The suite was well-equipped, with comfortable furnishings and a good bed. The bathroom was spacious and the fridge was a decent size. We enjoyed the simple continental breakfast that was included, along with the free wifi and easy parking. The hotel was very clean and provided nice toiletries. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel and it's great! Conveniently located outside the main centre, near the medical centre we needed to visit. Service was excellent, staff were friendly. Basic amenities were there, rooms spacious with all amenities including a big bathroom! Continental breakfast included, with great coffee. They even provided gluten-free options, which was excellent!

Nice location near the river, restaurants, and bars. You can easily walk to some good restaurants and supermarkets from here. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The polite staff provided good service. Breakfast was quite basic but fresh and tasty. The pool was nice, although there were complaints about it being empty.

Some guests complained about the thin walls and noise from other rooms, which may disturb light sleepers.

The conference room at Ventura Inn was fantastic with a great ceiling mount projector and helpful staff. The food served was delicious and the parking was ample. We highly recommend this venue for events. great value for money.

Loved the spacious and functioning jetted bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Conveniently, the room had a fridge, coffee-making facilities, and wine glasses.

The hotel is located on a busy road, which resulted in some noise from passing traffic and sirens during the night. Had to eat breakfast elsewhere.

I got great value for the money I spent at this hotel. The room was comfy and cozy, with a lovely spa bath. The location was convenient, with nice cafes and eateries nearby. The staff were friendly and always said hello.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by changing the cups to small mugs, as the coffee machine overfills them and spills happen.

As women traveling alone, we were delighted with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently close to the CBD and the Hamilton Gardens. The entire facility, including our room, was impeccably tidy and had beautiful decor. The staff at Ventura Inn & Suites were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Ventura Inn & Suites. The location was perfect, close to the garden and CBD, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the spa bath, which was incredibly relaxing. The continental breakfast was lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the movable bed and luggage trolley. it was great value for money and we would highly recommend this hotel.
