I had a truly special experience at this historic and charming homestead. the hostess, Mary, was gracious and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the gardens were beautiful and peaceful, and the breakfast served in the lovely conservatory was delicious. I enjoyed visiting with Mary and her sister, Rose, and the overall experience was wonderful. I will definitely be visiting Waikonini Homestead again in the future.

the recent city break in geraldine was amazing, but waikonini homestead made it even better. the host was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, and the peaceful atmosphere felt like home. loved the beautiful gardens and walks in peel forest.

We had an incredible stay at the summer house, an experience we will cherish forever. the possums skittering across the roof at night and the mesmerizing starry sky were just magical. Our host Mary was delightful, making us feel right at home. the home-cooked breakfast and dinner were exceptional, showcasing Mary's amazing cooking skills and passion for food. Learning about the history of this beautiful historic property added to the charm of our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and we couldn't have asked for more!
