I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were friendly and professional, giving me a warm welcome with a complimentary drink and homemade biscuit. They even upgraded my room, which was a fantastic surprise. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. I enjoyed the excellent coffee in the room and the extensive selection of movies on the TV. The location was perfect, not far from the centre of town, making it easy to explore the Octagon, casino, and other attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I can't wait to come back.

The hotel layout can be a bit confusing, with corridors that feel like a rabbit warren to navigate.

There were some issues with noise from neighboring rooms and above, which could be heard when people were walking or opening doors. the windows were drafty and allowed street noise to penetrate the room.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Dunedin. The room was spacious and immaculate, and the historical building added a touch of charm to my experience. We recently stayed at a historic old hotel in the heart of the city. The room at this hotel was incredibly spacious and offered a stunning view of the bustling Princes Street. The comfortable beds and pleasant staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the windows were single-glazed, resulting in some street noise, the hotel could consider retrofitting double glazing for a cozier experience, especially during winter. our experience at this hotel, including the location and room size, was fantastic.

The restaurant and bar areas were elegant and the location convenient for city exploration. The in-room breakfast was delicious and they provided a special diet menu for those in need.
