The staff at the front desk, especially John, provided awesome customer service. They were friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests. The property was clean and spacious, with great amenities like a hot tub and shuttle service to the ski areas. The breakfast at the cabins was also delicious. our experience exceeded our expectations.

The location was perfect for our Christmas vacation. It was just a short walk to the lifts, and the pool and jacuzzi area was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the friendly and polite staff.

One downside was the lack of breakfast options in the hotel. It would have been convenient to have the option to have breakfast on-site, especially during the cold winter temperatures.

I had an excellent stay at Silverado Unit 312! The recently upgraded flooring, dining set, and artwork added a modern touch to the unit. It was clean, well-equipped, and the bathrooms were lovely. The new App-based Free Canyons Village Shuttle was like having my own personal Uber, making it convenient to explore the area without needing a car. The staff, especially managers Brinton and Scott, were incredibly helpful and kind. I'm definitely going back and requesting Unit 312. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient shuttle service that takes you straight to the Sundial Lodge at the base of Canyons. The proximity to the village restaurants was great for us, and the quieter atmosphere compared to Park City was a plus. The full kitchen in our room was unexpected and the pull-down bed was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. We enjoyed the comfortable room and beautiful scenery.
