We had an amazing stay at this lodge nestled in the middle of nowhere. the hosts made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed delicious meals, especially the delightful kumara soup. the lodge was in close proximity to must-visit travel spots like Kauri forests, Kai Iwi Lakes, Aranga Beach, and Oponini, making it a perfect base for day trips. the outdoor spa and the old school trampoline were added bonuses. We highly recommend Waipoua Lodge for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
