Warm and Welcoming Stay with Magical Touch

the owner, Jenny, was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, making it a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring Wanaka.

we had an amazing stay at Heights Motel. the view from our room was breathtaking, and the shower pressure was perfect for us tall folks. being able to easily walk to nearby restaurants made dining convenient. the internet-connected TV allowed us to stream Netflix effortlessly. Jenny, the friendly owner, made us feel right at home and shared valuable information. the staff even went the extra mile by warming up our room for our return one chilly evening after a late outing. overall, a highly recommended experience for families like ours.

The room at Wanaka Heights was cozy and spacious, making it easy for our group to relax after a long day of exploring. The bed was super comfy, and the shower's water pressure was amazing. Cons: Some noise from the main road could be heard, but we managed with earplugs.

The staff at this hotel were all lovely and friendly, making our stay very pleasant. They were very helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable experience. the location was superb, with a beautiful view off the lake, not directly on the lakefront but very close. the hotel is fantastic - just a five-minute walk to town, making it easy to explore all the shops and restaurants nearby.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the maintenance in some of the units. A bit of upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.

The room had everything I needed, and the bed was a dream. the shower was a party on its own—I almost got glued to the wall! the TV gave us a run for our money, but we cracked the code eventually. the staff truly knew their stuff. They welcomed me like an old friend and shared the best local intel. Can't wait to come back for more Wanaka wonders!

This hotel, perched upon the hill above the roundabout, offers lovely views of the surrounding area. The spacious and comfortable rooms with two queen beds are perfect for families. The well-equipped kitchen allows for self-catering, and the friendly staff provide excellent service. great value for money.

The motel is located within easy reach of the shops and restaurants, making it a great option for a city break. We enjoyed the stunning views of the lake from our room, and the spacious living area and kitchen. the back yard area was also a nice bonus and allowed us to relax outdoors.

The laundry facilities were limited, and it was only possible to use one washing machine and dryer - which isn't ideal when the motel is fully occupied. the additional fee for using the laundry was also a bit steep.
