So close to everything and as I arrived a pod of Orcas were swimming out front. The location of this hotel is perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Plus, being right across from the beach means that I had incredible views from my room. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions.

I loved staying here! This venue was perfect for my beach vacation. Close to everything with amazing views of the cove and beach. The staff were friendly and provided great service for housekeeping and laundry. The room was spacious and had everything I needed including free wi-fi, kitchen with cookware, electric kettle, and even electric blankets to keep me warm at night. I enjoyed the sitting area and outdoor dining on the terrace with a flat-screen TV and CD player. The beach access was easy and the staff provided leisure facilities like a sun terrace and golf course.

We had a fantastic thanksgiving stay! the location was spot-on, with stunning views of the sea from our room. the complementary tea and coffee made us feel welcome, and the huge TV provided great entertainment while we relaxed in the room. We also appreciated the complimentary towel passes for a nearby attraction.

We only had one small soap, shampoo, and shower gel for two people over three days, and the room was only serviced when we put a sign on the door. the bathroom was not maintained apart from a new bath mat, which was a letdown.

I had a fantastic stay at these waterfront apartments in Whitianga. The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach and with easy access to shops and cafes. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, looking out onto Mercury Bay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with lots of information about the best places to visit in the area. They even had spades available for guests to use at Hot Water Beach, which was a fantastic bonus. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the convenient location made my stay here truly enjoyable.
