I had a wonderful stay at Awa Motel. the staff, reception, cafe, and acceptance were all very good. It made me feel comfortable and at ease. the surroundings were great - clean and ready. My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and we always enjoy the privacy of the microcabins, especially Cabin 39. the location was perfect and easily accessible to the town and the trips we wanted to do in the area. the link with the White Island tour company was excellent and they communicated well with us, even offering alternatives when there was a technical issue. We also enjoyed the lovely walks, good restaurants, and plenty of entertainment within easy reach. the on-site cafe at the motel was a great bonus. Parking was ample and conveniently close to our room. I highly recommend Awa Motel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
