The value for money at the hotel was fantastic, with beautiful views and comfortable beds. The location was great, being on the edge of the old city and beside the cathedral. The staff, especially Laura at the reception desk, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast items would be the coffee.

This hotel is a real hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet part of town making it a perfect spot to relax. the staff is warm and welcoming, providing helpful tips and great service. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the food served in the on-site restaurant is exceptional. the dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and cater to a variety of palates.

The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff provided faultless service, with friendly and attentive staff at breakfast. The breakfast itself had a good variety of food, including fresh bread rolls. The hotel also had a big lobby, which used to be a convent, adding to its historic charm.

The parking was a bit awkward and we were charged extra for it.

Although the exterior of the hotel had a typical stonework style, the interior was spotless and welcoming. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, introducing us to Amigos offers and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the room itself was good and the breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. the hotel's amenities and service exceeded my expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, right in the town center and close to everything. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who provide excellent service. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which were all clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the restaurant served delicious meals. this place has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
