I had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome - right in the middle of the city. The room was good and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was within walking distance of the CBD and had relevant proximity to cafes, restaurants, and licensed premises. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The staff provided great service and the leisure facilities like flat-screen tv, kitchen, dryer, and electric kettle were very convenient.

It's located above a food court, which can be a bit noisy at times, but overall I had a great experience staying here. I highly recommend this venue to families.

We had an amazing stay at a warm and spacious apartment in Willis Village. Despite a slightly off apartment layout and limited hot water, the overall experience was great. The location was excellent, conveniently close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was clean and tidy. We were warm and cozy with the heat pump, oil heaters, and lots of blankets. Despite a few minor issues, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, so close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere, and even the ferry terminal was just a stone's throw away. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for our family getaway. Plus, the staff were very helpful and gave us great advice on how to navigate the city. it was a fantastic stay.

There was one negative aspect that bothered us - the parking arrangements were unclear and caused unnecessary problems. Clear instructions on where to park should be provided to avoid confusion.

We really enjoyed our city break. the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. the room was clean and had enough space for us to move around comfortably. We loved the fact that we had complimentary tea and coffee, as well as extra towels. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with information about nearby attractions and how to get around.

parking in the area was expensive, but that is to be expected in downtown locations. It was also disappointing that the hotel did not have any staff present during our stay and that we had to use a lockbox code to check in and out.

We stayed at a spacious and modern flat that was perfect for our week-long conference in Wellington. the location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. the flat had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine with a dryer. We particularly enjoyed the amazing shower pressure.

We stayed at Willis Village for 4 nights and had a wonderful time exploring the city. The central location allowed us to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including Te Papa, Cuba St, and the TSB Arena for WOW. The spacious living space in our self-catering apartment was perfect for enjoying breakfast and evening wine. Sebastian at the reception was also very helpful in looking after our luggage on our last day.
