Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The managers went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially for me as a diabetic. They were incredibly helpful in assisting with the storage of my insulin. The bar tender was also very attentive and gave us great recommendations for shopping. This was our second visit to the hotel and we will definitely be returning. The room exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly and kind. Siphiwe, in particular, showed extraordinary hospitality and care when we arrived very late at night. The breakfast was amazing and the room service for dinner was prompt and satisfactory. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the room and amenities. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area close to shopping centres, making it easy to shop and dine. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a good buffet breakfast served daily. The staff at the hotel are professional and helpful, doing their best to accommodate guests' requests. If you're interested in working out, there is a gym on the premises that is well-equipped and maintained, and the rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The parking situation could be improved, as there never seems to be enough parking spots for all the guests.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the daily room cleaning, clean facilities, and the convenient location. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the staff were mostly friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is within walking distance to the Gateway shopping center, which was convenient and safe.

As avid bike riders, we were thrilled to find that the hotel offered bike rental services, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings effortlessly. The reception staff, including Aldrin, was incredibly customer service-driven, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast area staff were attentive and accommodating, even sourcing soya veg sausages for us when we requested them. The convenient location within walking distance of Gateway Mall was a bonus.

We felt so at home during our stay at the hotel that we have no complaints whatsoever. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon experience extra special, from the reception to the dining area, bar, and concierge.

This hotel is located next to a large shopping center, making it very convenient for guests who want to do some shopping during their stay. The rooms have beautiful open designs and some even come with a great view. Basic amenities such as fridges are also available in the rooms. The breakfast, though not included, is served by friendly chefs and includes all the normal elements.

Great location next to a mall. The room was clean and neat, but we had trouble with the card unit in the elevators. Also, the TV needed repair. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional - I received a warm welcome and their level of service was maintained throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and sun terrace - it was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The dining options were excellent with a variety of delicious meals on offer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

There was nothing I didn't like.

My weekend was great with complementary welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The venue was conveniently close to numerous restaurants and a popular shopping center. The hotel's modern facilities rendered my stay comfortable and relaxing.

I found the noise from the conference center and foyer to be distracting, even in my room. The breakfast buffet did not cater well to vegetarians or meat-eaters avoiding beef and pork, lacking options for chicken or mutton.
