Nestled close to the majestic Kauri Forest, we were surrounded by stunning gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. the common room was a cozy retreat, and the hosts, Theresa and Bruce, were warm and welcoming. Plus, the clean and comfy cottages felt like a slice of paradise among the greenery.

On the flip side, the night did get a bit chilly, so make sure to pack some extra layers for a snug sleep.

i had a fantastic time at wisteria way in this beautiful oasis. the shared dorm was clean, quiet, and set amidst lovely gardens. bruce and teresa were wonderful hosts, and the full kitchen and common room were well, equipped. i especially appreciated the hot shower after a long day of travel. the coffee shop and gift shop added to the charm of the place, and the hospitality was top, notch. a definite must, visit spot!

We had such great value for our money at this charming hotel. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Waipoua forest and surrounding areas. The staff, Teresa and Bruce, were genuinely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could be improved by offering duvets as part of the standard package instead of charging extra for them.
