Basic, clean reception and comfortable, clean room. Small pool and hot outdoor spa. Lovely forest surroundings. Shared bathroom required a torch at night. Would stay again.

Hotel property was situated in a beautiful location, offering breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. the river walk was amazing and perfect for Easter relaxation. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and spacious. Complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs in the room were a nice touch.

The complimentary breakfast was lackluster, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful in accommodating our requests. the Wi-Fi signal was poor and barely usable, making it difficult to connect with family over the holiday.

The location is perfect for exploring the town and its shops, as it is within walking distance to everything. The room we stayed in was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided great service and were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast provided had a good variety and was delicious. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the bush.

The communal cooking areas could use some improvement.

I had a really good room looking out onto a tropical garden. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the sociable kitchen and dining area where I had good conversations with other guests.

The facilities were outdated and in need of repair. The BBQ didn't work, the camp kitchen was uninviting, and the pool deck needed fixing.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. I loved the beautiful balcony in my room, which overlooked a tropical garden. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even when I left something behind. The location, with a lovely forest walk to the river behind, was perfect for nature lovers like me.

The location was perfect, just a minute away from the shops and town, and we enjoyed the peacefulness and the lovely birdsong in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the personal touches like extra clean towels in the shared bathroom.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I was very impressed with several aspects. the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The attention to detail was evident, with little touches like flowers in the bathrooms and supplied toiletries. The location was absolutely lovely, surrounded by beautiful bushland, which made it feel just like home. The service from the staff was excellent, catering to our needs as a family of 8 people. The rooms were immaculate on arrival and continued to be clean and comfortable throughout our stay. To my surprise, breakfast was provided in the room, including bread for toast, butter, jams, peanut butter. It was a pleasant start to the day.

All was well during my stay at this hotel.
