We recently spent our Easter break at a motel in Dunedin and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. the two, bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and well appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen including a range and full, size fridge. the rooms matched the photos on the website, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the highlights was the cleanliness of the place, which made us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.

Disliked aspects: However, there were a few downsides to our stay. the heating in the rooms was inadequate, with antique heaters that didn't provide much warmth.

Our three-week stay at Woodlands Motels And Apartments was made memorable by the lovely and accommodating owner. She was understanding and easy-going, making it a breeze during my hospital visits. The spacious and well-equipped apartments were perfect for our group of seven, with electric blankets and heaters keeping us warm. The staff were friendly, and despite the slightly dated decor, it was clean and maintained. excellent value for money, and we would gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at this spacious and airy 2-bed split level apartment for a few nights. It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful, even accommodating our late check-in and ensuring the heater was on when we arrived. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, with plenty of plates and utensils for cooking. Our youngest daughter loved the split level layout and the balcony with its great view. The apartment is also within walking distance of parks, cafes, and attractions like the botanic gardens and museum.

We stayed at this hotel for three weeks while I was in and out of the hospital, and the owner was the most amazing and accommodating person we have ever met. The location is fantastic, close to supermarkets, the university, and the botanic gardens. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the free laundry facilities were a great bonus. The recently refurbished bathroom has excellent water pressure and great fittings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff were terrific, and overall it was great value for money.

The apartments were very spacious and had a nice open feel to them. It was great to have two bedrooms and split levels, giving us plenty of space during our stay. the location was also a plus, as it was just a 15-minute walk to the city center, making it convenient for exploring and dining out. Additionally, the grounds of the apartment were well-maintained and gave a good first impression.

Some aspects of the facilities were outdated and in need of repair. the furniture and appliances seemed like they were from a bygone era, and the TV reception was poor due to the old rabbit ear antenna.

The hotel staff, especially Kate at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with native birds like the Tui adding to the delightful ambiance. We got great value for our money at this motel. The rooms were spacious with plenty of seating for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The location was beautiful and relaxing, with lovely off-street parking. Walking into the city was a breeze, and the motel was kept clean with daily towel and rubbish collection. The heaters and electric blanket kept us cozy and the beds were comfortable. it was a great place to stay, especially if you're on a budget.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, maybe adding a few more options.
