We recently stayed at a hotel in Duqm and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast variety offered at the hotel's all-day restaurant. The food was consistently good, and we especially enjoyed the attentive service provided by Alamin Khan and Manam. They had excellent key skills and a positive attitude that made our dining experience even better. The location of the hotel was also convenient, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were impressive. Despite a few drawbacks such as limited TV channels and a lack of central AC, we had a satisfying stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future. we were happy with our stay at City Hotel Duqm.

The team was very patient and ensured that everything was neat and clean, giving me a comforting experience that felt like staying at home. They attended to any issues immediately, showcasing their professionalism. Additionally, the hotel's food services were of great quality. I enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast that offered a variety of dishes, including tasty South Indian vegetarian options like dosa, puri, and idly. The hotel also provided laundry facilities and had excellent amenities such as internet, wifi, and TV. my stay at this hotel was quite pleasant.

The hotel location was convenient, close to the city, and with ample parking spaces. I enjoyed the great service offered and the delicious breakfast buffet that included many dishes and fruits where the chef came to ask us if we were satisfied with the meals. the suhoor provided was a fantastic gesture that made my stay even better.

The air conditioning in the room could have been more efficient, and there was no porterage service available, which made it difficult when carrying heavy bags. the parking spaces were not shaded, which could be an issue during the summer months.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Duqm, making it easy to access all tourist places. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff at the front desk is friendly and professional. The buffet dinner area is large, with attentive kitchen staff constantly monitoring the food. Guests have praised the excellent service provided by Mr. Shekar and his team in the restaurant.

The hotel could improve on its variety of TV channels, particularly in terms of international and sports channels.
