The location of the hotel was great as it was near the beach and had a fantastic view of the mountains. the breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

The hotel was a disappointment. There were some maintenance issues, and the staff seemed untrained and disorganized.

The pool staff were attentive and provided complimentary ice cream and snacks, adding to our enjoyment. The Anzo bar exceeded our expectations, offering a great selection of drinks. The hotel's gym was well-equipped and we had a positive experience at the tennis court. we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Jumeirah Muscat Bay.

While our overall experience was excellent, we did encounter a few minor drawbacks. The gym was small and cramped, lacking windows, although the equipment was of high quality.

This luxurious hotel has exclusive amenities and fulfilled all of my needs. the service was excellent and the Spa & wellness centre offers a variety of treatments including a steam room and body wraps. the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and beach access add to the relaxing atmosphere. Live entertainment was a bonus!

While my personal experience was overwhelmingly positive, the only minor issue was with the BBQ facilities outside which seemed a bit dated. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding facilities.
