We had a wonderful stay at Platinum Hotel. the staff were extremely helpful and professional, especially Mr Rondny and Ms. Thuraiya. They even allowed us for an early check-in. the hotel's central location in Muscat made it convenient for us to explore the city on foot. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of choices. Platinum Hotel is a great option for budget travelers or those planning a short stay.

Located in a bustling area with a variety of restaurants nearby and a convenient bus stop just across the road, this hotel is well situated for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel also offers a pool, gym, spa, and sauna/steamer, allowing guests to relax and unwind during their stay.

The breakfast buffet, aside from the fruit, received mixed reviews and may not meet everyone's expectations.

Spent Thanksgiving here and was pleasantly surprised by the complementary wine and turkey dinner. the central location was perfect for exploring the city and finding great food nearby. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, making our stay comfortable.

The room was a bit outdated and could use a renovation. the shower had poor water pressure and was difficult to adjust.

During my recent stay at the Platinum, I had a memorable experience at their rooftop pool. The serene ambiance and refreshing water provided the perfect escape from the city heat. Although there was no poolside service, I was content basking in the sun and taking a dip at my leisure. Moreover, the efficient check-in and check-out process added to the overall convenience. The comfortable bed and blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep, leaving me rejuvenated for the next day. I would gladly stay here again for the exceptional amenities that they offer.
