I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the design of the rooms was modern and comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy and well made. The staff at the front desk were always polite, knowledgeable, and patient. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to a major attraction, where I found plenty of stores and restaurants to explore. The pool area was well organized and the staff, from the lifeguards to the restaurant staff, were amazing. Special mentions to Hisham, Najma, Abdulla, and Maher for their exceptional service. The breakfast offered a delicious spread, and overall, the hotel staff made my stay memorable.

The hotel offers a superb design that combines modern style with Omani influences. The rooms are spacious and feature balconies with breathtaking views of the breaking waves. The breakfast is excellent and there is a great grill restaurant. The staff is attentive and the hotel is located close to restaurants, shops, and attractions such as the Royal Opera House and Museum of Musical Arts.

The location was perfect as it was right on a public beach which made it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The service was top-notch with room service available 24 hours a day, dry cleaning services, and even a limousine service for guests. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. One of the best things about this place was the leisure spa and wellness centre, which had a wide range of services such as massages, body wraps, and facials. I also loved the infinity pool and the rooftop pool, perfect for lounging and taking in the view.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

The breakfast buffet had great options and the interior design of the hotel was impressive. We had an issue with the towels and cups not being enough for three people in the room, but the staff quickly brought us what we needed after our request. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is definitely a great value for money with all the comforts you need. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location on the public beach is just perfect for those looking to enjoy the breaking waves from the balcony of their cozy rooms. Breakfast, though with limited options was offered to the big amount of participants in Ironman.

I spent my thanksgiving holiday at this hotel and I must say that the complementary drink and pastry they offered on arrival was a nice touch. the location was perfect, as it was near to all the popular tourist sights.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute luxury experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed with the attention to detail and exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were the highlight of my stay, allowing me to relax in comfort and soak up the sunshine. the Spa & Wellness Centre was an added bonus, with a range of body treatments and massages available.
