I had a wonderful stay at Santa Maria. the hotel's location was excellent, with Paseo Montejo and the main plazas just a short walk away. We were able to park our car and didn't need it again until we left. the hotel had a second parking lot nearby, making it convenient. the staff was friendly and the hotel was well-maintained and clean. the beautiful landscaping, pool, and overall decoration of the hotel created a hidden oasis. the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our family, ensuring we had the best room for our convenience, and even stored our luggage. it was a beautiful hotel with attentive staff and a great location.

It was dark and located in a corner with a window facing directly onto a wall, resulting in no natural light. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with a dirty floor and dusty headboard on the bed.

Our stay at Hotel Santa Maria was delightful. The hotel's exterior is beautiful and they have a convenient car park. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the center. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and their tour to Uxmal was amazing. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We did encounter a minor issue during our stay. The power sockets in the room were limited and located far away from the beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Maria in a perfect location right in the city center. the rooms were clean and quiet, and the hotel was well-maintained. It was a plus to have air conditioning in the room, especially during our visit at the end of October. the staff was friendly and helpful, recommending a local restaurant and dishes to try. We also appreciated their suggestion for a nearby car wash. our experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

The lobby is impressive and the pool is really inviting. the location of the hotel is perfect - close to major historical attractions and with good parking options. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who spoke perfect English.

The rooms were a bit disappointing. the bed sheets were thin and uncomfortable, and the mattress seemed old.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street, yet conveniently close to the bustling squares and main tourist areas of the city. The location couldn't be more ideal for exploring the town center and enjoying its vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is spacious and very clean, making for a comfortable stay.

Some aspects of the hotel, outside of its location, fell below expectations.

Loved the refreshing pool, and the central location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the noise from the hallway was a bit much. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the secure parking. Santa Maria was a great value for the price.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at this charming hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The hotel had a lovely, picturesque feel with beautiful paintings on the walls and a small garden in the inner courtyard. The location was perfect, right at the beginning of the city center with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. As young people, we especially enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool. a very nice experience!

We felt so comfortable during our stay that there really was no reason to complain.
