Mr. Imran, one of the managers, personally helped us resolve a tour issue, even though it had nothing to do with our stay at the hotel. The level of service and attention to detail at this 5-star hotel is truly remarkable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the WiFi worked seamlessly. The location is convenient, close to the airport and other key areas of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a practical and reasonable stay in Islamabad.

The breakfast menu was one of the best in town, and the taste was superb. Throughout my stay, I received superior service, thanks to Ali Hamza, who took care of all our needs and addressed our concerns with professionalism. the hotel was almost perfect and provided a top-notch experience.

Located on Margalla hills, the hotel offers a peaceful environment away from the bustling markets. It is also convenient for those visiting the nearby Embassy for a visa interview. Additionally, there are areas in the vicinity where guests can take a pleasant walk. The rooms are top-notch, with modern amenities including flat-screen TVs. The staff's service is commendable, as they catered to a party of 6 with utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to fulfill their needs.

The gym and breakfast dining hall could use some renovation.

We booked for one night but extended for more due to superior service. Ali Hamza was exceptional, meeting all our needs with professionalism. Rooms are top-notch with modern flatscreen TVs. Complimentary extras and exemplary staff like Mr Najam, who made our anniversary special with a complimentary room upgrade and decor. Recommend Saboor, Hamza, and Muzafer for excellent communication skills.
