As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of at the Serena Hotel. The staff was attentive and the hotel had excellent amenities such as a well-maintained swimming pool and a delicious breakfast.

The environment at this hotel is exquisite, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Rooms are equipped with top-of-the-line exclusive amenities, and everything was immaculate and tidy. The only negative aspect of this hotel was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. Despite having requested an early check-in, we had to wait for half an hour because the reception staff was occupied with their personal discussions.

There was no luggage trolley available at the reception. there was some confusion regarding laundry service, as I did not sign a paper and my laundry was not done.
