I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Murree. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with stunning views from the room's lovely balcony. The staff, especially Mr. Mustansar, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and the heating system was a blessing in the cold weather. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Got a free breakfast buffet and welcome tea, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to many attractions and restaurants. They also offered free fruit, toilet accessories, and sachets for coffee and tea, which was a bonus.

The hotel fell short in many areas. the bathroom towels were not clean and very old.
