The staff at Lock & Key Hotel were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to address any issues I had during my stay. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The room itself was well heated and had all the necessary amenities. Despite a couple of minor design faults, it didn't hinder my enjoyment of the facilities. I had a great experience at Lock & Key Hotel and would recommend it to others.

Attentive and polite staff. Clean, warm, spacious room. Prime location, close to the docks. Friendly bar, serving generous portions. Quiet road. Complimentary coffee every morning. Perfect for couples and business trips. Good price.

Incredible staff, so friendly and helpful. the rooms are stunning, with a unique and classy Art Deco style. the beds are super comfortable, and the showers are fantastic. the location is perfect, with easy access to Liverpool 1 and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, the interactive TV in the room is a great bonus!

We were also woken up early by loud building works outside our window. the older windows didn't keep out the traffic noise, which made it difficult to sleep in.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was super convenient, with the Liverpool One shopping centre right next door. Everything we needed was just a stone's throw away. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who took care of our every need. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless. We were also impressed with the welcome drink and the room amenities provided, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. The sitting area in the room was cozy and comfortable, and we felt safe knowing that there was an in-room safe for our valuables. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was reliable and the flat-screen TV was a nice addition to our entertainment options. the hotel provided great facilities and services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We received complementary drinks upon arrival, and enjoyed the turkey dinner on Thanksgiving. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore all of the popular spots. the bed was quite comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep.

The room was quite dusty and could have used a bit more attention when it came to cleaning. the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the attractions and with a secure car park. The staff at the hotel were warm, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. The breakfast in the cafe/bar downstairs was beautifully cooked and presented. And the bed in our room was large, comfortable, and clean. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Liverpool.
