The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which can be relaxing. It is still close to some famous landmarks in the area. The room and bathroom are clean and the linen is fresh. The staff provides excellent room service and the breakfast is decent.

Some facilities are lacking, such as a bigger lift and larger rooms. Some furniture could use updates.

They were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the amazing breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant. The wide variety of delicious options truly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the level of service I received was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, polite, and attentive. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and provided a much-needed rest during my busy trip.

My stay at Ramada was amazing! I had a small child with me and was delighted to find that the executives room had snacks and tea available all day, which was a lifesaver. The rooftop barbecue at Ramada was a highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, and the buffet offered a variety of options for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner overlooking the city. It was a wonderful experience that we won't forget. Additionally, the hotel's location is great, with easy access to various attractions in the area. The facilities were also top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

While our overall experience at Ramada was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. the carpet in our room needed changing as it appeared tacky and outdated.

We had a fantastic city trip with great complementary treats, ideal location, and an enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of hot and tasty dishes, and the executives room was a lifesaver with snacks and drinks available all day. The hotel's key location allowed us to explore all the attractions with ease. The room's decoration for a wedding at a day's notice without any additional charge was a wonderful surprise, adding much to our overall experience.

The food service was slow and resulted in a frustrating experience. We requested to bill the room, but it took an extended time for them to decide and then demanded cash instead.

We had a wonderful time at Ramada. The food selection and taste were excellent, and the service in the dining area was efficient. We were impressed with the senior executives who personally supervised and served throughout our meal, which was a great plus point. The staff at reception, especially Mr. Naveed, gave us a warm welcome with smiles, making us feel at home.

Despite these positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The room temperature was subnormal and affected the overall reputation of the hotel.
