The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with

finding a taxi when we were in a rush, making our last minutes in Tokyo feel so warm. The hotel’s location near Shinagawa Station was ideal for train connections, though the room decor felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a clean and functional place.

It was just an excellent fit for a quick stopover in Tokyo with excellent value for money. The room had a nice garden view, which made my stay feel pleasant. Make sure to check transport options nearby for easier travel around the city.

During my stay, I encountered several disappointments. The rooms felt very old and the bathrooms were particularly dated, showcasing signs of wear and neglect that didn’t align with the hotel's supposed luxury standards. Additionally, a lack of basic amenities, such as reliable air conditioning and room service, was quite frustrating, making my experience less enjoyable than anticipated.

The front-desk staff was very friendly and helpful, making our check-in a breeze. We especially loved the convenience of the onsite 7-Eleven, perfect for grabbing snacks after long days out.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but given the experience, it was still acceptable.

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the exceptional dining options and luxurious balcony views. However, the basic gym facilities were disappointing. I’d definitely return!

the staff always had a ready smile and were eager to help out. the bathroom fittings felt a bit outdated, but everything was clean and tidy.

The lobby was stunning, really felt upscale and classy. The garden at night was magical, lights everywhere, made me appreciate the quiet moments. The staff were super friendly and helpful, it was nice to feel welcomed like that.

the grounds and lobby of prince are beautifully modern and clean. it's super convenient to have a shuttle bus connecting the various hotels within the group. the breakfast was delightful, if a bit on the pricey side. also, there's a great spot to relax with drinks at one of the bars, which adds to the experience.

However, I did notice that the drink facilities in the room were a bit limited. A little more variety would’ve been nice!

the room was so small i could barely move, and to top it off, the bathroom looked like it was last updated in the 80s. i almost gave my stay a glowing review if only the overpriced pool wasn't a total rip-off, and i had expected a complimentary gesture for putting up with this mess.
