As a tourist, I loved the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious local and continental dishes. The 24-hour restaurant with room service made dining convenient. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

Felt completely at ease and had nothing to complain about.

Located in a great area, the restaurant was upgraded and the buffet breakfast was well arranged. The staff was very polite and helpful, always available at the front desk and promptly assisted me in numerous ways. The parking space was managed well and check-in/check-out was hassle-free. Friends visiting me were not bothered at all.

The hotel is situated in a good location, near the city center and close to everything. Despite being in a badly lit street, the front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and rooms were cleaned each day.

Some of the facilities in the room were in need of repair such as the AC remote not working and the TV tilted towards the right making it impossible to watch.

My recent stay at Rose Palace was much better than my previous experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was ideal. The front desk team was exceptional, always willing to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the gym and breakfast buffet, which provided a great experience. The small fridge in the room was a nice touch, especially for keeping drinks chilled in the summer. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent place to stay.

During my city trip, I found a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the hotel location was perfect for accessing all the main tourist attractions and the price of the room was very reasonable. the hotel staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us with any query we had. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and provided the perfect start to our day. their gym was outstanding, with top-of-the-line equipment that made for a great workout. I had a lovely stay.

There were a few downsides that could have been improved. the hot water in the room was not consistent and we faced trouble with it.

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff was prompt in changing the bed sheets upon my complaint. They also resolved the issue with the hot water shower in a timely manner. The gym facilities were well-equipped.

The food could use some improvement in terms of taste. Some maintenance work is needed in the rooms, particularly in the bathrooms.

The staff are extremely friendly, and the basic amenities such as hot water and housekeeping are readily available. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of Desi options that you won't find anywhere else.

The staff was absolutely first class, always ready to help with any request and providing fast and friendly service. The breakfast menu was huge, offering a variety of delicious local and continental dishes. The rooms were comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel also offered a 24-hour restaurant with a sunny balcony, perfect for enjoying a meal.

The cleanliness of the washrooms could have been better despite the advance request.
