They were always available in the parking lot for any assistance needed. the restaurant served delicious in, room breakfast, and the packed lunches were a nice touch. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist with any request.

One aspect that could be improved is the check, in process. It felt a bit rigid and overly cautious, especially when asking for additional identification like CNIC.

The hotel provided us with complimentary airport pick up and drop off services which was really helpful. We were welcomed with our choice of hot drink which was a nice touch. the location was great, as it was in close proximity to markets and entertainment venues.

The breakfast was not up to par, with limited selection and poor quality. the room was quite small with a narrow bed, making it uncomfortable for two people to sleep.

The location is perfect, close to Cantt area. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Anoush, the staff member, was welcoming and extremely helpful. The service provided was excellent, making me feel valued and taken care of. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and immaculate, creating a pleasant atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
