The hotel facilities were top-notch, with super clean rooms decorated in fresh colors. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were always available and helpful at the front desk. We also appreciated the free parking and transportation services offered by the hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance.

Helpful staff, especially Daniel, who went above and beyond to assist us with rental cars and tour arrangements. Mariella even braided my hair to keep it out of the snorkel, which was a blessing. The staff took the time to learn our names, making us feel at home. Fresh and varied breakfast options, with toiletries provided in case we forgot anything like hair clips. We had the most romantic getaway here! the cozy interior decoration of the hotel created the perfect ambiance for intimacy. the staff was friendly and very considerate, always going out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. We were delighted to receive complementary fruit and wine in our room on arrival, which was a sweet touch. the hotel's central location, between shopping stores and restaurants, made it easy for us to explore the city and have a fantastic time together.
