The hotel is conveniently located right on the harbor, making pickup for daily excursions easy. Additionally, the rooms have a nice view of the small man-made lagoon, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The on-premises dive shop is a great advantage for diving enthusiasts, although some guests mentioned limited access to English-speaking guides.

The lack of complimentary internet access was a disappointment for guests, with limited options to connect unless dining in the restaurant.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Palau Royal Resort. The food surpassed our expectations, and we loved having a dive shop on site. The rooms were comfortable with great showers, and the gym was a bonus. Although we had to pay for water, we found a water fountain in the gym. The servers and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed swimming in both the ocean and the pool. a pleasant experience.

Had a lovely Thanksgiving at this resort. the beach was amazing, and the pool was perfect for the kids. the rooms were clean and spacious with great views of the harbor. It was so convenient to have a store and a few restaurants nearby.

The food was decent, but there wasn't much variety. the shuttle service into town was quite limited, so it was a bit of a hassle to get around sometimes.

the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, and the outdoor swimming pool exceeded my expectations. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning beachfront views. the private facilities in my room were exceptional, providing a comfortable and special experience. The location advantage, close to the marina, made it easy to access the beach and surrounding attractions. Cons: the restaurant was a bit pricey, but the special diet menus were delicious. my experience was fantastic, and I look forward to coming back again soon.
