The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

My experience at the hotel was less than satisfactory. the staff barely spoke English, which made communication difficult.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower area looked brand new with a glass surround, and the parking was well-protected. I was suitably impressed and will stay there again. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Grand International in Panama City for a few days. The bed was excellent, the room was clean, and the view of the pool was great. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the location was perfect, with tons of shopping and eating options just steps away. The price was good, and overall, my stay was as advertised and satisfying.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was in a safe area close to tons of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, with great service from the room staff. I loved being able to hire a car and the bell staff/porter were super helpful with my bags. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and the sun terrace had lovely garden furniture. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and in-room breakfast available. the staff were friendly and the amenities were top-notch.

I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The hotel's location is great as it is close to many restaurants within walking distance. It is also near Via Argentina metro train station and parks. However, the staff could be more hospitable and welcoming to guests.

The amenities and facilities offered by the hotel are lousy, and the staff is not helpful.

Our xmas stay was a disappointment. However, we appreciated the complementary champagne and chocolate in our room and the xmas dinner buffet, which was well presented and tasty. the hotel's location was convenient too, being close to the metro station and restaurants. Lastly, we liked the comfortable beds in our room.
