We recently stayed at a hotel located in a prime area, close to a few golf courses. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which was great. The service provided by the staff was friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast in the restaurant. It was also nice to see a bit of greenery surrounding the hotel. the hotel was conveniently located near the Brooklands museum.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing.

The only recommendation we have is that the staff could benefit from more training in professional customer service etiquette. However, we would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
