The staff at this hotel were amazing and really made our stay enjoyable. They upgraded our room and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, and the room was cleaned twice a day. We had a beautiful ocean view from our room, and the hotel had excellent amenities, including a rooftop with stunning city views, a large pool with hot tubs, and multiple bars and dining options. The hotel is also conveniently connected to a shopping center, making it easy to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

the localization of the hotel was great, with many different bars and clubs nearby. the common areas had a nice decoration, similar to the popular Hard Rock Restaurants. the rooms were equipped with tons of charging ports, which was extremely convenient. the spa at the hotel was also excellent, providing a great opportunity to relax. One of the highlights was the hotel's proximity to the mall, making it easy to do some shopping. the breakfast buffet was lovely, offering a wide variety of options, including mimosas and bloody marys. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, making it one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.

The hotel had a prime location near many restaurants, a mall, and other amenities. Our room had an amazing view of the city skyline, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our requests.

The hallways had a slight musty smell, and the pool area was crowded with unattended children.

Best aspects of my stay were the comfortable rooms and the variety of food options at breakfast. the rooms were up, to, date and the housekeeping was well done. the location of the hotel, near Balboa Avenue, was also a great advantage. It provided easy access to the old town, finance center, and the Marbellas neighborhood.

Worst aspects of my stay were the long check, in process, which took 40 minutes, and the rude and distant staff. the staff members were unkind, bossy, and sometimes dismissive.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. the pool area was also quite enjoyable, providing a cool and refreshing place to relax. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. the room was not prepared properly for the number of guests in our reservation, causing some inconvenience.

We enjoyed the great rock band and the incredibly delicious Mojitos at the 2nd floor bar. the key location with a nice mall attached to the hotel was a plus.

The reception staff was not welcoming and sometimes even rude. Most of the bars, including the signature rooftop bar, were closed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Multicenter mall, where you can find a variety of restaurants and a casino. While the Panama Canal requires a taxi ride, the yellow taxis are readily available. If you're looking to explore other islands or beaches, the hotel can help you with transportation. The rooms are clean and updated, with all the necessities. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the rooftop bar is a hit. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay enjoyable.

One negative aspect is the strict policy of charging $100 for bringing a guest to your room, which some guests find unreasonable.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape! the hotel offered amazing amenities like a bar, restaurants, casino, pool, and spa. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed right at our fingertips. the hotel's location was also a major plus as it was connected to a shopping mall and just a short drive away from another luxury mall. We enjoyed exploring the malls and indulging in some retail therapy. the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Panama. The room was spacious, with 2 double beds and an amazing shower. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall and many attractions are within walking distance. The staff, especially Receptionist David, were professional, helpful, and spoke English well.

The hotel breakfast menu could be better.

Nothing it was perfect.

The breakfast choices were awesome, with a fantastic view from the room. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great balcony overlooking Taboga Island. The central location worked out well, with everything near the hotel. The quality of the food was outstanding, with reasonable prices and excellent room service. The pool and gym were also impressive.
