the fitness center's useless cardio machines had non-working televisions, what an absolute letdown! it would just be nice if someone cared enough to fix them. i also couldn't believe how rude the staff was, is it too much to ask for a warm welcome or a little upgrade after all this? i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Huntsville Space Center! The room was bright and modern, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a cozy sofa that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast each morning. the variety made it easy to find something delightful to start my day. Plus, the hotel was super clean, which really added to the overall experience.

The lobby had a slight sewer smell during my visit.

Request a room away from the fitness center for more peace. it can get a little noisy during peak hours.

The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere the moment I stepped inside. I loved the thoughtful extras like the variety of pillows and a bathroom mirror that made getting ready a breeze! Breakfast was well-planned with speedy access to delicious options, making my mornings delightful.

I booked a room with two beds but ended up with one bed and a sofa bed, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, the morning staff were unfriendly, making the checkout process unnecessarily complicated when I requested a physical receipt for reimbursement—something I’ve never faced at any other hotel.

Had a boss time at this place! Proper clean rooms and the staff were all dead sound—breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices. Only downside was the telly in the room could've been better for streaming. Still, fab stay overall!

The hotel decor was modern and really cool to see. I did wish the tv had apps.

The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area well-stocked. The location is ideal for visiting the Space Center and other attractions nearby 😊. I appreciated the clean room.
