From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this incredible boutique hotel. The room was so spacious and had stylish furniture, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was a tranquil oasis, and everything was spotlessly clean. The inside garden where we enjoyed breakfast was mind-blowing, and the breakfast spread itself was absolutely super. We loved being right in the center of the city, with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the night Receptionist gave us a warm and jaw-dropping welcome. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel located just around the corner from the main shopping street in the centre of Lucca. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, including honey on the comb. We also appreciated the jacuzzi in the bathroom and the assistance with parking upon arrival.

The interiors of the hotel appeared a little run down and tired, but this didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

The breakfast spread was absolutely spectacular, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, breads, and even a honeycomb for that extra touch of luxury. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet still close to all of Lucca's attractions. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the courtyard. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It truly exceeded my expectations and made my stay in Lucca a memorable one.

The service was outstanding, with room service and laundry available, and the staff was very helpful in explaining the dinner menu.
