During my recent business trip, I enjoyed two key aspects of this hotel. the location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and stunning ocean views. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable. Their hospitality and willingness to assist me with any queries or requests were truly appreciated.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the service at times was a bit slow, especially during peak breakfast hours.

Well-designed property with easy access to Karon and Kata beaches, along with various dining options. Conveniently located near local markets, shops, and massage parlors. Friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable live music, and impressive swimming pools. a delightful experience.

The adult-only amenities are such a disappointment, I mean, who wants a peaceful and relaxing experience? Definitely not me.

One night spent at their elegant restaurant felt like stepping into a scene from a movie. The traditional Thai art decorations made the experience truly unforgettable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right next to a beautiful beach. It is also conveniently close to the town, with lots of restaurants, massage places, and a 7/11 just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. The room I stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The hotel facilities, especially the pools, were great. The beach view room I opted for was definitely worth the extra money. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with two restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay at the Pullman in Phuket! The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable with daily cleaning. The location was perfect, right by a beautiful beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

We recently stayed at Pullman in Karon for a week-long vacation. The included breakfast buffet was a delightful mix of Western and Oriental cuisines, and the numerous pools, including a heated one, provided great options for swimming and lounging. The bar service by the pool, along with the tasty food, added to the overall experience. Our modern room in Block A offered a stunning view of the Andaman Sea, making it the perfect spot to watch monsoonal storms roll in. The location, near excellent restaurants, including a fantastic Indian spot called 'Hello India,' was also a huge plus. The friendly staff and exceptional service made us feel right at home, and the resort's vast grounds, with a lake and picturesque gardens, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Across the street, we found an amazing beach, adding to the perfect getaway experience.
