I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and accommodating staff to the prompt housekeeping. I also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.

During my recent stay at Paradise Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating staff. They made every effort to ensure that my needs were met and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The pool area was a great place to relax and unwind, and the location was convenient for attending the lively Carnaval festivals in Los Santos. The free breakfast offered a good variety of options and the evening meal and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. Despite a minor issue with the shower handle, it was quickly resolved and didn't impact my overall experience. I had a positive experience at Paradise Resort and would definitely recommend it to others.

The outstanding service by staff members was definitely one of the highlights of my New Year's stay. The on-site restaurant had an excellent menu variety with affordable pricing. The hotel's proximity to the main highway and easy access to transportation were also very convenient. Being able to enjoy the nearby beaches and city center made the location even more appealing.

While the overall stay was pleasant, the internet connection was a bit inconsistent. The noise levels in the pool area could be bothersome for some guests.

The pool was great for kids with fun features. On-site restaurant had excellent food at good prices. Rooms, lobby, and pool area were beautifully decorated. Staff provided excellent customer service, were accommodating, and made an effort to understand our needs.
