The second floor was in rough shape with dirty carpets and an overall dingy look!!! The mall felt empty with many unoccupied stores, not the vibrant shopping scene I expected!!! Renovation seems overdue in certain areas!!!

Had a great time staying with friends! The food was really good, especially the breakfast with plenty of choices. Easy access to the Albrook Mall for shopping and dining. Don't miss the convenient self-service laundry and great room service as well.

However, one of our rooms didn't have a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient for snacks. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to stay.

For a more enjoyable breakfast, request a seat outside if available. it enhances the experience with better ambiance and avoids the crowded indoor area.

Location’s bruising, so easy to pop into the mall from the hotel—lekker for last-minute stuff! Reception was sharp-sharp, especially those chommies like Ashley who sorted us out. Brekkie spread was a jol, loads of choice on the buffet, definitely fills you up before a busy day.

However, the pool area got a bit crowded during peak times, and the noise from the nearby airport was occasionally noticeable. A minor irritation, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.
