I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and always attentive and polite. The Bellstaff, in particular, were informative and polite, and I loved their cowboy hats. The hotel's location was perfect as it was right at the ski lift and close to the biggest ski area in North America. It was also convenient for accessing restaurants in the city center. The breakfast provided was great, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel had excellent accommodations, with clean and neat rooms offering great views of the mountain and village. the location was also a big plus, with easy access to the lifts just a few yards away. the valet service was outstanding, providing assistance with luggage and even carrying skis to the ski hill for guests. Additionally, the breakfast buffet included in the stay was excellent, offering a wide variety of options.

The hotel is located at the base of the mountains, providing stunning views. the room had a modern design with a walk-in shower and the heating/cooling system was very convenient, working with the room key.

The ice machine was only located on the second level of the hotel, which was inconvenient. the breakfast buffet was not up to par.
