We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed, including the main square, supermarket, surf classes, bars. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with hot water, and we loved having direct access to the beach. The staff, including the owners, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were also great, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, especially the Margaritas. Additionally, we were amazed by the wildlife we encountered, including monkeys and macaws.

I had the most incredible time at Bliss on the Ocean. The location is unbeatable, right on one of the best surfing spots in the world. The calm waters were perfect for the kids to enjoy as well. Villa Marina is away from the other hotels, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, yet still just a beach walk away from all the action. The facilities and pool at Villa Marina are absolutely awesome. I loved swimming with a drink in hand while watching the breathtaking sunsets. Plus, they offer paddle boards and kayaks for rent, adding even more fun to the experience. The food was delicious and I was thrilled that the menu changed regularly to keep things exciting. The happy hour deals were also a great reason to stay on-site.

I wish the bedrooms had blackout curtains and curtains in the bathrooms to block out the early morning sun and provide more privacy. Additionally, it would be wonderful if Villa Marina offered small items like salt, olive oil, and pepper for guests to use.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on a quiet beach and away from the crowds. We also enjoyed the meals at the hotel, they were delicious and the views from the porch where we ate were amazing. the service at the hotel was outstanding, the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs.

There were a few maintenance issues that could have been better. On the first day, there was some trash on the beach which was promptly cleaned up, but it seemed like it was not part of their regular maintenance routine.

We had a room with a view of the ocean, which was incredible. the hotel is also in a great location, with other places of interest just a short walk along the beach. the pool area was clean and welcoming, and the water was very calming. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.

There were a few things that could be improved. the curtains in our room were almost see-through and didn't do a great job of blocking out the sunlight.
