We had a great stay at Terranova with clean rooms and a lovely rooftop pool. The location was convenient and the breakfast was decent. Despite a small hiccup with the wifi, overall we recommend this hotel.

The staff at check-in and in the restaurant were very receptive, friendly, and professional. The room was spacious and had a nice view from the rooftop. The hotel had a great location near a metro station, restaurants, and the Cinta Costera. The rooftop pool was amazing and the free bike rental was a big bonus.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are honest and the price/quality ratio is perfect. The location in a safe upscale neighborhood is fabulous, with good restaurants, cafes, and even a sports bar nearby. It is also a short walk to the beautiful high rises and endless linear parks along the Pacific. The staff is friendly and most of them speak English, which was a big plus for us.

That the room didn't have a small fridge, which was a bit inconvenient for me. However, all was ok considering the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Terranova. the spacious room was equipped with a great air conditioner and a flat-screen TV. the rooftop pool offered a stunning view of the city. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient for exploring the tourist areas. the staff, especially those at check-in and the restaurant, were friendly and professional.

The only improvement I would suggest for the morning meal would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast choices.

We had a wonderful stay at Terranova. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was safe for us to walk around, despite the lack of foot traffic. The hotel had reliable elevators, and we appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, even though we didn't eat there often. The staff, especially the check-in staff and the restaurant staff, were friendly and professional. They were native Panamanians and provided excellent service, although we wished they spoke a bit slower as the Spanish spoken in Central America can be challenging to understand for non-natives.

The breakfast was awesome! the variety was great and I loved being able to choose between continental and local foods. the woman in the restaurant was friendly and always willing to help. the location was perfect for going out and exploring. There were tons of great restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby. Plus, the views from the rooftop were beautiful. I had a really great time.

The noise was pretty bad over the weekend. It was hard to sleep with all the loud music and people partying.
