During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel's ideal location near enough to the center of town, yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel facilities were impeccable, especially the beautiful gardens that provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Great breakfast and helpful staff. The receptionist even gave me a private room to take my work calls at night. The room was nice and had lots of light and comfortable armchairs.

The hotel is located in a town called Urubamba, which was a huge inconvenience. It was hard to find and far from the city of Cusco.
