We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, with beautiful gardens and small waterfalls situated on the edge of the river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big baths and plenty of warm water. The staff at the bar and restaurant were incredibly friendly and made the best cocktails.

The rooms are spacious with two double beds and a luxurious bathroom with a massive bathtub and separate shower. The attentive staff provide exceptional service, while the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the valley as they relax in this beautiful property nestled down into the Colca Canyon.

The lack of heating in both the rooms and the restaurant can make for a chilly stay on cold nights.

Enjoyed our Xmas stay at this charming place. Loved its location amidst the scenic and picturesque view. the staff was welcoming and helpful. We relished the Pisco Sour and delicious cookies offered. Service was exceptional with quick resolution of a technical issue that we faced. Thermal springs located near the hotel were tempting and a must-visit.

The lack of attention to detail was evident in some areas of the hotel. It seemed like some investments could be made in upgrading the hotel facilities.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the heart of the breathtaking Colca Valley. The setting was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful grounds and incredible views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional Pisco Sour course taught by José Luis, who was a true professional. The attention and service at dinner by Jefferson was also outstanding. I truly wished I could have stayed longer at this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly special experience.
