During our stay at the Swiio Hotel Ximending, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful birthday gift presented to my brother by the staff. The location in the heart of Ximending was perfect for exploring the local restaurants, markets, and street food. The modern room design and cleanliness were impressive. The hotel also had a washing machine available, allowing us to pack lighter for more shopping. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Although the staff was generally friendly and helpful, the morning staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating. Additionally, the air conditioning issue we encountered was not resolved promptly, leading us to change rooms.

This hotel in the Ximending area is a gem. The convenient location, just a minute's walk to the bustling Xi Men Ding, is unbeatable. The hotel staff are friendly and provide wonderful assistance, even before the trip starts. The rooms are clean, exactly as pictured, and come with all the necessary facilities including a comfy king-sized bed and free wifi. Plus, the inclusion of breakfast is a nice touch.

The only minor drawback was the noise from neighboring rooms, but all in all, it was a great stay.

Two positive aspects of my stay at this hotel during Christmas were the free coffee available 24/7 in the lobby and the comfortable bed. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, with many attractions nearby which were convenient to walk to. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful with directions and recommendations.

the room was extremely cramped with no closet or drawers to store belongings, making it difficult to move around. the room was not clean and seemed neglected with stains on the walls and bedding.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of Ximending shopping area and it was a great choice. The location was perfect, as it was close to a major metro stop and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms were compact but modern and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was cozy and the linen was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, even storing our luggage after check out. The hotel also offered a car service to the airport, which we found convenient.

That we could hear footsteps and the sound of flushing toilets from other rooms.

Friendly staff, allowed us to store luggage and provided a complimentary upgrade to a king-sized bed. Good amenities and working wifi. Suitable for sightseeing and comfortable stay.
